How To Use Self Reflection To Build A Happy Family With Bryana Kappadakunnel
In this episode I have a conversation with Bryana Kappadakunnel.
She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a License to practice Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT90464) in California. She is endorsed as an Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, and Board-Certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist.
She’s been working with families and children since 2011, and have been extensively trained in reflective and conscious parenting models.
I’m sure you’ll hear her experience shine throughout this episode where we talk about self-reflection, and why it’s so important. She discusses how it leads to a much deeper understanding of yourself, and how it affects how you connect with and parent your child.
We also chat about what it means to be a cycle breaker and she shares her story. Once you listen you’ll understand why this work is SO important to her.
Throughout the conversation, she gives us super helpful tips on how to handle those escalated moments with children, especially within the sibling dynamic.
Bryana says, “a more conscious family means a more connected family. So if you’re ready to break the cycle of siblings hating each other until they're adults, consider Bryana’s in-depth workshop on what we discussed today and so much more. Consider it an investment toward your future peace of mind.” She has just released another workshop as well, Let Go Of Your Inner People Pleaser. Links for both are below.
